Are you a kid at heart looking to build a career with a leading global children's toy, entertainment and digital gaming company?At Spin Master, our unwavering commitment to open mindedness, integrity and innovation is a great part of what has made us an industry leader.How do we stay ahead of the pack?By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that's why we want you**What will you work on?**The Spin Master Mexico Inventory Control Specialist will be a key contributor to SM results.This role will be responsible of safeguarding inventory accuracy and controls according to global policies with our 3PL.Cycle counts and reconciliation process handled with a strong communication with operational stakeholders will be key to obtain results.Relationship building with internal members of Supply Planning, Sourcing Planning, Customer Service for problem solving regarding discrepancies, inventory allocation, inventory lock and release for order fulfillment process are some of the key activities performed by this role.Daily visibility of our inventory position is essential to decision making in the Order to Cash processes.**How will you create impact?**- Coordinate and follow up Cycle Count program with our 3PL and review the process in place to ensure alignment with SM global policies- Cycle count results report and alignment with 3PL- Elaborate Weekly Inventory Reconciliation Process between SAP and 3PL Warehouse Management System- Elaborate inventory report in a daily basis- Coordinate the API (Annual Physical Inventory) with 3PL and SM Finance and Operations team- Trigger inventory discrepancies investigations with 3PL according with PoD of customers to ensure inventory accuracy- Guarantee the inventory adjustment process according with GAM and ensuring the compliance with global and local policies- Monthly report of adjustments and reasons to guarantee identification of root causes and proactively take actions to minimize impacts- Follow up with Supply planning and compliance team the rework process and its SAP post issue to guarantee inventory availability- Guarantee the correct classification of product in the Mexico storage locations accordingly with physical status- Supports company needs of physical validation in hand with 3PL- Track warehouse space capacity and make space projections as needed**What are your skills and experience?**- 2 years of operational experience (warehousing, logistics, customer service)- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Distributions or related- Excellent computer skills including expertise with Microsoft Office- SAP and Excel knowledge is a plusLI-HybridSpinmasterishiring**What you can expect from us**:Our mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun.- Growth and Career Opportunities- Flexible Work Hours- Innovation, Collaboration and Fun- Comprehensive Benefits- Other fun Perks**What's it like to work here?**Spin Master is a fast-paced, hands-on organization that provides many great opportunities for impactful decision-making; though our challenging start-up atmosphere isn't for everyone, we have a proven record of opportunities for future advancement and internal transfers for our passionate and results driven team.Everyone is welcome in our sandbox and we are committed to an accessible and inclusive hiring process that provides reasonable accommodation to all applicants.- We do appreciate all interest; however only those selected for interview will be contacted._
