Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).Manage content calendars and coordinate with design and copy teams to deliver engaging campaigns.Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics and AI-driven tools.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts and track performance metrics.Leverage AI-powered platforms (AIo) to generate, personalize and optimize content across channels.Support lead generation and customer acquisition strategies through digital platforms.Implement marketing automation workflows and AI-enhanced targeting for better ROI.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, web, and project management) to ensure alignment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.Mexico based.3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and social media platforms.Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.).Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.Bonus SkillsFamiliarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for quick content creation.Experience with A/B testing, CRO and AI-enhanced audience segmentation.Knowledge of advanced marketing automation and AI workflows.BenefitsRemote position (Mexico based only).Full-time role.Competitive salary package based on experience.Opportunity to collaborate with international clients including New York-based accounts.Employment DetailsEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1Monthly Salary: *************#J-*****-Ljbffr
