Become an EXpert as a Senior DevOps Engineer At EX Squared LATAM, we work with international clients to build scalable, data-driven platforms that support complex digital ecosystems.We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on building, evolving, and securing cloud infrastructure for a sophisticated, multi-application platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong cloud and DevOps foundations who enjoys collaborating closely with engineering and product teams while contributing to technical decisions and mentoring others. 🚀 What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, with exposure to GCP and AzureDeploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)Support developers and product teams by troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issuesEnforce and promote security best practices, including least-privilege access and monitoringContribute to technical decision‑making, balancing business needs with technical constraintsCollaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering Leads to implement technical specificationsLead or support small teams on specific projects or initiatives when neededProvide constructive feedback and mentorship to support team members’ professional growth 🧠 What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Systems Engineer2+ years of hands‑on experience running production environments in AWSStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar)Scripting experience with Bash and/or PythonSolid understanding of deployment strategies, testing frameworks, and system state managementExperience with CI/CD pipelines and modern build systemsStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbalComfortable working in Mac or Linux environmentsAvailability to collaborate synchronously during core hours (EST) 💡 Nice to Have Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Argo CDExposure to data-driven or analytics-heavy platformsUnderstanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards (ISO, SOC 2, etc.) 🌎 Why Join EX Squared?
