**Accountable for**- Proactively manage collection execution from Credit to Collection of assigned accounts.- Sending of invoices and statement of account for the follow-up in the collection, of the assigned accounts.- Timely and comprehensive updates to Finance Director on a daily/weekly/monthly basis about the assigned accounts.- Clear communication internally and externally - effective management of all stakeholders including internal customers.- Comply with the result under AR policies.- Provide help and guidance to team members in need of assistance with operational issues.- Visit and constant monitoring with customers for better communication.**Qualifications**:- Effectively works across company departments to produce quick results to best serve.- Self-starting and action oriented.- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.- Proficient computer skills including Excel.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including using tact and good judgment when dealing with others.- Experience with Oracle - strongly preferred.- English**Competencies**:- Communicates Effectively.- Action Oriented.- Customer Focus.- Able to lead change through influence.- Networking.
