Project LeadKey Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to manage projects in the medical devices sector.- Plan, execute and deliver projects from start to finish.- Coordinate logistics in production line transfers and ensure efficient project execution.- Utilize project trackers to plan, organize and monitor activities/deliverables.- Develop strong connections and collaborations with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.- Lead teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO and CE standards.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or Business.- Masters or PMP (Desirable).- 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.- 5 years of experience in project management.- Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira.- Schedule flexibility and bilingual skills (English - Spanish).
