At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:EL Sales Support Special.-Sales ProcessYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the end-to-end operation of master data lifecycle including creation, update, and archival/deletion of the master data, by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain.Each day, you will provide support on master data management processes.You will also showcase your expertise by understanding the impact of the master data maintained and accordingly providing guidance to others on the related matters.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:- Ensuring that the master data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems, within your scope of responsibility.- Documenting, reviewing, and updating the work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance.- Participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the 'first-time right' approach to assist in the overall resolution of quality issues.- Acting as a master data super user, when needed and providing support and training to other Master Data Specialists and master data professionals in your area of responsibility.Qualifications for the role- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a field with a corporate focus is required and 2–4 years of experience in Master Data Management or customer onboarding, ideally in a corporate or B2B environment.- Proficient in SAP (Customer Master Data) and Salesforce; ability to maintain andupdate customer records accurately.- Advanced English (spoken and written) required for communication with U.S. stakeholders; Spanish fluency preferred.- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to gather, validate, and manage all required documentation for customer creation.- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, reliable master data aligned with compliance and quality standards.- Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is aplus.Proactive, collaborative, with strong communication and a positive attitude; able to train peers andensure alignment with internal processes.Proficient in SAP (Customer Master Data) and Salesforce; ability to maintain andupdate customer records accurately.We value people from different backgrounds.Could this be your story?Apply today or visit to read more about us and learn about the impact of our solutions across the globe.
