Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Growth Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our New Business Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach- Develop and execute effective lead-sourcing strategies to drive pipeline growth- Build and manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption- Utilize solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategiesRequirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:- Fluency in English- 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)- Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:- A degree in finance or a business-related subject- An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset- Experience in a reputable start-upBenefits:As a valued member of our team, you can expect:- A dynamic and supportive work environment- Ongoing training and development opportunities- Competitive compensation and benefits package
