Apple's communications team shapes and shares with the world the stories about our innovative products and services, and the values that drive everything we do.The team includes professionals with a range of backgrounds including public relations, journalism, social media, writing and buzz marketing.We're looking for trailblazing, creative and collaborative professionals from a variety of fields.If that's you, then your next home may be here.Come and do the best and most exciting work of your career at AppleWe are currently seeking a Corporate & Product PR Manager who will lead the development and execution of a focused corporate communications strategy for Mexico and drive strategy, planning and execution of major product PR programs and initiatives for the country.This is first and foremost a senior strategy and media relations role.You will drive communication plans and be hands on, working day-to-day to engage with local journalists and creators, spotlighting Apple's story, values, impact and products and bringing them to life through feature stories that showcase their benefits to consumers and businesses.**Description**You will help us establish, expand and build meaningful connections for Apple to amplify corporate and product storytelling to journalists, creators, and local and regional communities.You will play an instrumental role in influencing, developing, and driving launch and momentum campaigns to ensure maximum awareness and coverage in Mexico.Possess expert knowledge of competitive products and keep your team at WW up to date on what's going on in your market.Manage and respond to day-to-day press inquiries and ensure our regular media and creator contacts are kept up to speed on the latest Apple news.Drive and manage product seeding for your product categories.**Preferred Qualifications**Experience in media relations and have developed a network of media contacts in creative, tech, design and cultural platforms.Successfully delivered corporate and consumer PR campaigns that have created meaningful impact.Self-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and passionate about consumer technology.Self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.Excellent communications skills.Able to work with ambiguity and on complex topics across multiple jurisdictions.Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.Develops and delivers effective communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Analyses complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.**Minimum Qualifications**8+ years' experience in public relations, in house or in an agency setting.Experience in media relations and a strong network of media and influencer contacts in tech, lifestyle, policy, environment and sustainability spaces.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Ability to travel up to 40%.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.Apple provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities and in accordance with local requirements.Apple is a drug-free workplace.
