**MANUFACTURING ENGINEER III**Location**Pacesetting.Passionate.Together.** HELLA, one of the leading automotive suppliers worldwide, has shaped the industry with innovative lighting systems and vehicle electronics.In addition, the company is one of the most important partners of the aftermarket and independent workshops.What motivates us: Shaping the mobility of tomorrow and fostering the central market trends such as autonomous driving, efficiency and electrification, connectivity and digitization as well as individualization.Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Agreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms of quality, costs and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration- Executing in the development of production methods taking the market development for production systems into account and check new systems for their suitability and applicability as set by Hella specific constrains and legal requirements- Plan complex operating equipment based on capacity and staff deployment plans to be drawn up; define type, extent, and number necessary production equipment (including auxiliary and series tools, jigs, testing equipment, special machines); arrange the procurement and/or production of the specified operating equipment- Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurement- Continual editing, interpretation and implementation of relevant technical information from internal and external partners as well as coordination and implementation of process and production equipment changes- Responsibility for the monitoring of the used technologies, processes and production equipment in the running production as well as suggestion and implementation of improvement / cost reduction action (continuous improvement) with the target to reach the relevant performance KPIs**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- University Degree Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatonical Engineering- Up to 2 years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive industry- Customer requirements (GM, Ford, VW, Honda)- SAP- Core Tools- Fluent EnglishTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Nelly TorresPhone:
