We are looking for a HyperAutomation Agentic Automation Business Analyst to join our team for a multinational leader in the international organizations and digital services sector. Responsibilities Identify and analyze opportunities for agentic automation in collaboration with business stakeholders. Analyze existing workflows and propose intelligent and agentic automation strategies. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed automation solutions. Design and document agentic automation use cases, process flows, and functional requirements. Work closely with developers and architects to implement AI-driven automation solutions. Support change management activities and user adoption of agentic systems. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on agentic automation concepts. Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical AI principles, and regulatory standards. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed automation solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business analysis, intelligent automation, or similar roles. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation. Proven ability to translate business needs into agentic automation solutions. Solid knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering. Experience with agentic systems or AI-driven automation platforms.
