We're helping one of our clients, Remote Latinos, hire a Sales Closer.“Providing job opportunities in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry.” Compensation: USD1.3K - 1.5K/month~COP5.32M - 6.14M/month. Location: Remote (for México, Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Brazil, Argentina, Honduras, Panamá, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Perú, Egypt, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile and Puerto Rico residents). Skills: Proficient in negotiation, cold calling, real estate wholesaling and real estate sales. Responsibilities and more: Requirements:◽ Real estate experience is a MUST.◽ Fluent English & Spanish are required.◽ Customer Service experience is a plus.◽ Project management skill is a plus. Responsibilities:◽ Responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing business deals to achieve and exceed the company's sales goals.◽ Be able to build a network with realtors & call potential leads.◽ Negotiate with buyers to achieve optimal results in sale prices.◽ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.◽ Market properties to potential buyers, including sending property details, organizing showings, and answering inquiries. Additional information:◽ There are commissions.◽ Schedule: It will be decided by the client.◽ Hours needed: 40 hours per week (full-time).
