OverviewJob Titel: SDETJob Location: Remote Positon MéxicoJob Type: Full TimeJob Description:**SDET Job Description**:- Can demonstrate the ability to promote and influence/drive change (dev processes, quality mindset) from a team and/or org level- Collaborates well with others (team mindset)- Can explain technical behaviors/requirements in a short and concise manner that's easy to understand by a non-technical individual- Open minded to change- Shows a learning mentality- Has experience using modernized testing tools (playwright, cypress, webdriver, K6, storybook...etc) and not just with selenium- Has experience writing test automation from the UI, API (not just from Postman but in code), and unit level (a plus but not a deal breaker)- Fundamental understanding of RESTful API- Conceptually understands what equivalence class (aka equivalence partitioning) and how it's applied- Understands the basic fundamentals of coding best practices- Can demonstrate the ability to identify problems from a code level and from the UI level**Nice to Have**:- Conceptually understands the test pyramid + testing trophy concept and how it's applied**Skills**:- Selenium/ webdriver/ cypress- Knowledge on RESTful API- Should have at least 5-6 yrs of hands on automation experience- Knowledge on React is a plus- Knowledge on SEO concepts like Core Web Vitals is a plus
