If you think you can bring your love for math and connect with adolescents, we'd love to hear from youWhat You'll Be DoingTeaching Math: You'll be leading exciting math classes for middle school and 9th-grade students, making the subject come alive through engaging lessons and real-world applications.Class in English: You'll be delivering all lessons in English. So, if you can explain quadratic equations while making students chuckle, you're our kind of teacherEngaging with Students: You'll create a safe and supportive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate, ask questions, and explore the wonderful world of mathematics.Fostering Growth: You'll track student progress, provide feedback, and adapt your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.What We're Looking ForExperience: You should have at least2 yearsof experience working with adolescents. This is where you get to shineEducational Qualifications: A degree in Mathematics or a related science is a must, along with a professional teaching certificate (cédula profesional).Teaching Skills: We need someone who has basic pedagogical skills and can deliver lessons in an engaging way. Think fun math activities and interactive discussionsEnglish Proficiency: You should be anexpertin English, being able to teach and communicate effectively. Remember, math can be universal, but our classes will be in EnglishScheduleYour working hours will be from7:15 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Thursdays, you'll wrap up at4:00 PM.
