Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.- You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.**About Conduent**- Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.- You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuals are noticed and valued every day.**About the Role**- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding al requirements that will lead to build Business Intelligence solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders, technology and visualization teams and ensuring all requirements are met.These products support senior leadership data-driven actions in different business functions such Finance, Sales, Marketing, Global Procurement, etc.**Responsibilities**:- Partners process specialists, and users to obtain and document business requirements and convert them into business cases for new projects.- Uses current knowledge of business and technology to recommend systems and process improvements.- Utilizes industry experience to design and execute features that enhance business processes.- Participates in the analysis of root causes and focuses on creating permanent solutions.- Work with the cross functional teams coordinating them to create quality design documents and in developing quality products within the scheduled timeline.- Participates in design sessions, contributing to the overall design.- Communicates directly with client stakeholders to coordinate project tasks and provide status updates.- Gathers, manipulates and/or transforms internal and external data in order to create actionable insight for clients.- Ensures data is consistent, valid and clean by testing use cases and data validations on the Data Lake.- Make recommendations on technology solutions with high level benefits cases by creating robust, data driven evidence.- Identifies clients' business problems, strategic goals, priorities and challenges on workflows, data and/or processes to define, model, and document project requirements.- Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).- Conducts needs assessments and preliminary gap and/or benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with technology solutions.- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.- Advocate for quality throughout the development process.- Develop data quality critical metrics and coordinate with key team members on multi-functional teams for data quality issue remediation.**Required Skills**:- Fluent English- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL- 3+ years performing Business Analysis or similar roles.**Desired Skills**- Visualizes data in a clear, structured way utilizing preferred business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Basic knowledge of project management techniques (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.).- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.For US applicants while we DO NOT require vaccination for most of our jobs, we DO require that you provide us with your vaccination status, where legally permissible.Providing this information is a requirement of your employment at Conduent._
