**EMPRESA EN CRECIMIENTO****Solicita**:**Logistics Leader****Descripción y Requisitos**Logistics Leader is a professional who is responsible for ensuring that the supply chain is efficient and effective throughout their organization.This role organizes, store and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure items and resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations.**Responsibilities**:- Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, transportation, and manufacturers- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency- Arrange catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments- Resolve any arising problems or complaints- Supervise, coach and train transportation workforce- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements**Requirements and skills**:- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain- 3 years of experience as a Logistics Leader- Ability to lead and manage staff- Proficient in standard logistics software- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects- BilingualPuesto: Logisitica**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
