ABOUT USIndie Campers is the leading campervan provider, dedicated to making road trips accessible and unforgettable for everyone.Innovation, product-led growth, and an unwavering commitment to our customers are at the heart of everything we do.With more than one million nights rented and travellers from 169 countries, we provide a single and trustworthy digital experience for road trips in the United States, Europe and Oceania, with different campervan configuration options and even the chance to buy one of our vehicles.Our ambitions are big, and so are the challenges we embrace.We are scaling our technology organisation to unlock the next wave of automation and AI powered experiences that will delight customers and empower employees worldwide.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria across squads; manage test cycles for releases.Build automation frameworks: E2E (Playwright/Cypress), API (Postman/Newman or REST-assured), and regression suites in CI.Set quality gates in pipelines; track bug escape rate, flakiness, and release health dashboards.Perform exploratory testing, usability checks, and accessibility validations (axe).Own local automations: n8n/Make/Zapier + Python/JS scripts to integrate tools (Zendesk, Airtable, Slack, Spendesk, Twilio).Do data analysis with SQL/BI (Metabase/Looker/Superset) to quantify impact and spot anomalies.Partner with Support/Operations to close the loop on issues and improve SLAs.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Must-Haves3+ years of QA / QA Automation experienceProven experience building automation frameworks and CI-gated test suitesProficiency with Playwright or Cypress for E2E testingSolid API testing experience (Postman, Newman, or REST-Assured)Good SQL skills for data validation and analysisFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD pipelinesFluent English (Spanish also a plus)Strong debugging, clear defect reporting, and a metrics-driven mindsetOn-site availability in Mexico City (Colonia del Valle), Monday to FridayProactive, startup-minded attitude and ability to take ownershipNice-to-HavesExperience with AI-driven testing toolsKnowledge of n8n / Make / Zapier for internal tool automationsScripting skills in Python or JavaScriptFamiliarity with Metabase, Looker, or Superset for data analysisUnderstanding of DORA-style quality metricsExperience performing accessibility testing (e.G., axe) and usability testingPrevious exposure to travel, mobility, or e-commerce tech productsCollaborative mindset with Product, Engineering, and Support teamsCORE VALUES AND OPERATING PRINCIPLESCustomer First: Relentless in providing the best service at the best price to all customers.Ownership: Proactively take ownership and deliver on our goals.Committed: Work together, as a team, for the long-term.Learn, build and structure.Be precise and go deep.#J-*****-Ljbffr
