A high-end residential interior design studio is looking for someone who loves clarity, precision, and beautifully organized drawings.If you're the kind of drafter who can turn ideas into clean, builder-ready documents—and you take pride in getting every detail right—you'll feel right at home here.This small studio moves with purpose and excellence.Your work becomes the blueprint that builders, trades, and clients rely on.When your drawings are clear, the entire project runs smoothly.What You'll DoTurn design concepts into detailed interior drawings—floor plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, and ceiling details.Read architectural plans and seamlessly integrate interior details into existing backgrounds.Translate sketches, markups, and ideas into drawings that builders can follow without confusion.Keep every revision consistent across the entire drawing set, maintaining tight version control.Organize and manage files so everything is complete, accurate, and easy for contractors to access.Create 3D models or renderings when needed (a bonus skill, not a requirement).What Makes You a Great FitYou've worked as an Interior or Architectural Drafter, ideally on high-end residential projects.You understand architectural drawings deeply and can produce precise interior plans and ceiling details.You're proficient in at least one drafting tool (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) and can deliver clean, professional plan sets.You have exceptional attention to detail—dimensions, notes, and document consistency matter to you.You stay organized and can manage multiple drawing sets and revisions without dropping the ball.You're comfortable with 3D modeling or rendering tools (SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, etc.)—a plus, but not required.Why This Role MattersYour drawings become the roadmap for luxury residential builds.When your work is clear, contractors move confidently, designers stay focused, and clients feel taken care of.You help bring beautiful spaces to life—with precision, calm, and craftsmanship.#J-*****-Ljbffr
