Release Assistant

**Responsibilities**- Assisting project leads to execute project plans for each release cycle- Helping to track and maintain requirement lists- Creating, maintaining and monitoring all release-related tickets with appropriate deadlines, watchers and follow-up- Proactively tracking project and release milestones- Communicating release plans to internal teams- Reviewing and updating customer notifications for each release cycle- Supporting all release-related meetings- Recording detailed notes from meetings with discussion details, decisions made, next steps and action items- Documenting and improving internal processes- Maintaining projects pages and dashboards**Requirements**:- Previous experience with project administration or coordination- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Strong organizational and analytic skills- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously- Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams- High degree of initiative- Experience with Jira or other project management software- Basic editorial and/or technical writing experience is a plus- Previous exposure to Wolfram|Alpha, Mathematica, Wolfram Language or other technical software is a plus**Location**: RemoteWolfram is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at its company.Women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, individuals with disabilities and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.Pay: $19,****** - $23,****** per month
