Location: Onsite 4 days a week in Mexico CityDay to Day:Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to support one of our customers out of Mexico.Responsibilities include:Lead and provide guidance to a backend team of approximately 10 engineers, including offshore resourcesOversee migration projects, ensuring applications are transitioned effectivelyWork extensively with legacy technologies, leveraging deep knowledge to modernize systems.Execute a strategic roadmap to migrate from Oracle to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with business objectives.Must Haves:5–7+ years of hands-on development experienceProven experience as a technical lead or mentorStrong people leadership skills with an empathetic approach to team managementExperience in application architecture and designing scalable solutions.Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Oracle databases (preferred).Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesFinancial Services and IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
