Who we are:Apex Systems is a leading Data and Digital Transformation professional services organization focused on providing solutions with real business value.We provide a customer-focused approach to building authentic partnerships with our clients with objective counsel from concept to deployment for a consistent voice through the dynamic IT environment.What we look for:Join our talented team of technologists who work with our clients to solve their most challenging software and application problems.Our mission is providing Insights that Inspire.In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions.We are seeking a Senior Copilot Engineer to support the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot Studio–based solutions for enterprise automation, reporting, and knowledge management use cases.The ideal candidate has experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystems, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI workflow automation .Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and deploy Copilot Studio solutions to support automation, reporting, and knowledge discovery scenarios.- Develop and optimize prompts, flows, and topics for natural language–based interactions.- Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and connectors for Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow .- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and document summarization workflows within Copilot Studio.- Create workflow automations using Power Automate, ensuring reliability and efficiency.- Perform scenario testing, security validation, and access control configuration aligned to governance requirements.- Support the development of metadata tagging, data source mapping, and compliance documentation .- Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal enablement teams for user training and adoption.- Participate in defining success criteria, testing acceptance, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Copilot solutions across departments.Required Qualifications :- 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft cloud development, automation, or Power Platform engineering .- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, and Power Apps .- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).- Experience configuring API and data connectors to systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow .- Knowledge of AI prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and data governance concepts.- Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, and document summarization use cases.- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Dataverse, and role-based access control (RBAC) .- Excellent troubleshooting and testing skills for Copilot Studio and Power Automate environments.- English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.What we offer:At Apex systems it is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and feel an important part of the organization.For this reason, we offer a superior benefits package such as:- Vacation bonus- Christmas bonus- Variable performance bonus- Private medical insurance for you, spouse and children- Life insurance- Pantry Vouchers- Home office bonus- Transportation bonus- More than 12 vacation days per yearDon't miss the opportunity to participate in our process, we are eager to meet you and learn more about you and your experience
