The Data Quality Sr Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative Data Quality employees responsible for supporting improvement and performance activities by providing measurement, evaluation, and assessment services relating to data quality and data production.The overall objective is to provide solutions and advice in the areas of process evaluations, performance monitoring, and statistics.Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the Data Quality family.Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities.Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.**Responsibilities**:- Assists in leading Data Quality efforts to provide accurate information of the highest quality to customers, shareholders and regulators, grounded in developing and instituting the most efficient production processes.- Participates in defining and establishing appropriate data standards, understanding the data needs of regulatory and internal reporting, the acquisition of that data, and the financial reconciliation and Data Quality measurement of that data and fixing issues at source.- Works to ensure that functions are compliant with Citigroup Data Management Policy- Responsible for coordinating control activities for the reconciliations and proof functions performed daily by the staff.- Weekly reporting, and participating in projects that affect the proof and recon functions**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years relevant experience- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience required.- 2-5 years cash and securities reconciliation operations experience desired**Education**:- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceLic.en Tecnologías de Información, Matemática o afínExperiência y conocimientos en Base se DatosExperiência con SQLInglés intermedio- **Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Data Quality- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.View the **EEO is the Law Supplement**.View the **EEO Policy Statement**.View the **Pay Transparency Posting
