Join Our Strategic Planning & New Business Development ManagerThis is your opportunity to continue growing your professional career We’re looking for a passionate and analytical leader to join our Global Strategic Planning team, contributing to high-impact projects across Mexico, Europe, and Asia.What You'll Do As a key leader, you will report to the Business Development Director and be responsible for:Develop & Institutionalize Processes: Lead the creation of institutional processes that drive innovation and data automation, generating strategic insights for Draxton and GIS.Lead Critical Analysis: Deliver systematic market, strategic, and financial analysis to ensure the proper approval and execution of key strategic initiatives and investment projects.Manage High-Impact Projects: Coordinate and lead strategic projects, including investment valuations (CAPEX), post-investment reviews, and due diligence for M&A transactions.Drive Executive Communication: Develop and present executive-level presentations and KPIs for the Draxton and GIS leadership teams, including the Executive Committee.Collaborate & Influence: Collaborate with multifunctional and multilevel teams across the global organization, bridging cultural, language, and organizational barriers.Develop Talent: Mentor and develop a high-performance team, fostering their growth and potential.Who We’re Looking ForExperience: 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or commercial areas.
