**Overview**PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in ****, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes LAY'S ®, DORITOS ®, CHEETOS ®, GATORADE ®, PEPSI ®, QUAKER ® and more.PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities****SC Business Support Coordinator****Main Purpose**The MBS SC Business Support Coordinator will be accountable for supporting 7-12 Business Support Reporting Analysts in the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Business Analytics, Reporting, Score carding, Data Management, and Training Materials in support of the PFNA (PepsiCo Foods North America) operations.This position will report to the MBS SC Business Support Leader.This role will be responsible to provide leadership as well as tactical execution assistance to the Reporting team in the Business Support operations.Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success.This role will also be responsible for creating efficiency of the operation and change plan execution.**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**This role will support the PFNA team including multiple business units.- Ensure delivery of SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guidelines.- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives.- Resolve any escalated customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.- Collaborate and maintain important levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ).- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed.- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains.- Develop improvement project focus on cost avoidance results.**Qualifications****Qualifications / Requirement**- Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred.- 3-5 years of experience managing a team in a service-focused environment.- Experience in the following areas:- Creating insights and visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Excel/VBA.- Working with large volumes of data and proficiency in writing SQL queries on relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.- Python programming language is a plus.- PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.- English Fluency required - written and verbal.- Super organizational, communication, and analytical skills.- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise, and professional manner.- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.- Organization effectiveness.- Strong people leadership capabilities and equipped with general interpersonal skills.If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
