Customer Experience Strategist Opportunity As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will oversee the customer experience across our Dealer Network. Your key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing effective customer experience strategies Managing voice of the customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives Leading change management projects to enhance our sales processes Providing exceptional customer care and support Overseeing digital transformation projects to optimize our sales model Key qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, marketing, or related fields At least 4 years of experience in an automotive dealer department with a proven track record in customer experience or change management Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Fluency in English language We Offer We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
