We are committed to improving outcomes and providing hope for patients fighting cancer.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Nutritionist specializing in oncology, based in Cancún, ROO. The Clinical Nutritionist will support cancer patients by developing tailored nutritional plans to align with their treatment goals. Responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments, providing nutritional counseling, creating personalized strategies for medical nutrition therapy, reviewing and discussing various supplements as adjunct options, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the patients’ quality of life and overall health outcomes through nutritional intervention.QualificationsStrong foundation in dietetics and general nutrition principlesDemonstrated proficiency in medical nutrition therapy for oncology patientsExperience in nutritional counseling and weight management for patients with advanced cancerAbility to assess individual patient needs and develop customized nutrition plansExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with clinical teamsProfessional proficiency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field is required; relevant licensure or certifications must be maintainedAdvanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Nutrition, Dietetics, Cancer Biology, or a related field is highly desirablePrior clinical nutrition experience, preferably in oncology or chronic disease careCommitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
