We’re seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design and optimize data‑driven campaigns that attract and convert qualified prospects.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute email lead‑generation campaigns (email, automation, and other outbound tactics).Create and run cold email campaigns to generate leads.Build and segment prospect lists and manage CRM workflows.Monitor campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with the team to refine growth strategies and improve conversion rates.Implement marketing automation best practices to ensure scalability.🚀 Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in marketing or lead generation roles.2+ years of experience handling CRM systems (GoHigh Level preferred)Strong Knowledge in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).Hands‑on experience running outbound or automated campaigns.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Availability to work full time in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.✨ What We OfferFully remote position with flexible environment.Opportunity to join a dynamic startup and directly impact growth.Competitive compensation in USD. #J-18808-Ljbffr
