OverviewThe ideal applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills in addition to a solid technical background.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for the job, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various backgrounds and technical backgrounds.**Education and Experience**:- Minimum 5+ years experience in designing and developing large-scale Content Management Systems using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x on-premises, preferably in Hybrid / Headless approaches**Proven Skills and Abilities**:- Hands-on programming experience in Java/J2EE, building and deploying highly scalable REST APIs with a deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Servlets, and HTL/Sightly skills, combined with enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.- Hands-on programming experience in designing and developing complex AEM Content Fragments, Nested content fragment models, SPA Editor extensions, and integrations with third-party tools and AEM launches.- Proficient in Day CQ / AEM foundational concepts, including using core frameworks such as Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGI, and a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks and the AEM development and on-premises deployment processes for multiple launches in parallel.- Work closely with our business to understand their requirements, define the solution, develop POC and demo the work in- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, etc.- Experience in AWS / Cloud approaches is an added advantage- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence.- Dedicated problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment where multiple releases are a fact of life- Experience collaborating with other team members in multiple teams diagnosing and debugging complex systems, and participating in investigating build, deployment, and operational issues- Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines to solve critical issues
