As a Wellbeing Analyst you will support the rollout of our wellbeing strategy by coordinating programs, events, and health initiatives that elevate the employee experience. You’ll manage budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure every wellbeing activity is delivered seamlessly and with high impact. You’ll also create internal communication materials and serve as a key point of contact for employees seeking guidance or support. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creating a healthy, engaging, and people-focused workplace. Location: Mexico City or Monterrey Work Model: Hybrid Contract Type: Temporary (5 months) Your Deliverables Will Be: Administer and execute wellbeing programs, including budget management, purchase orders, and invoicing. Monitor the implementation of the #MiMotorDeBienestar model across different areas. Track wellbeing initiatives to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and measurable impact. Identify improvement opportunities and propose strategic adjustments. Coordinate logistics for wellbeing events, campaigns, and health fairs. Support internal communication efforts to drive participation and engagement. Develop materials and content related to health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Serve as the main point of contact for employees, internal teams, and wellbeing service providers. Oversee external vendors to ensure program quality and alignment. Identify collaboration opportunities with other departments or external partners to strengthen the wellbeing offering. Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Health, Wellness, Psychology, Nutrition, Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in wellness programs, health events, health fairs, or similar wellbeing roles.
