**Job Description Summary**: The Front-End software developer Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with the development team to specify, plan, design, develop, test, validation, and support software components as assigned.- Responsible for translating requirements into design and implementation of well-structured and documented software components.- Implement new software component designs or enhancements to existing software products; participates in the implementation of more complex subsystems and systems.- Troubleshoot/debug issues within existing automation systems and implements modifications to resolve these issues.- Actively participates in meetings e.g. developer meetings.- Works towards team goals and works effectively in a team environment.- Develops effort estimation skills.- Is technically curious and continuously improves coding skills.- Perform other duties as they are assigned**Qualifications**:**Education and Experience**:- BS Degree in Computer Science preferred or a related discipline and experience.- 1-3 years of experience with Agile software development.**Knowledge and Skills**:- Knowledge of the software development process.- Must be capable of independent work; self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.- Effective skills on analytical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal relationships, written and oral communication.- Demonstrated ability to follow established policies and procedures.- Knowledge of Industrial/Regulated Environment highly desirable.- Fluent in English and Spanish languages (written, read and oral).**Required Skills**:Optional Skills**Primary Work Location**: MEX Reynosa**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
