About LiveKidHelloWe are LiveKidWe believe that children should always be the center of attention in every daycare and preschool.LiveKid software reduces unnecessary paperwork and simplifies communication with parents, allowing educators to reclaim valuable time and focus on what matters most: the children.Every day, more than 500,000 parents and 4,500 centers in Mexico, Spain, Poland, and Germany use our applications.We are leaders in Europe and are growing strongly in Mexico, where we already collaborate with more than 350 institutions.Our vision is clear: to scale the business in Mexico in a sustainable way.Position: Inside Sales Team Leader – Mexican MarketWe are looking for someone to manage the sales processes and team for the Mexican market.Your team will have approximately 8 people (Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives) and is located entirely in Mexico City.All your actions must have one main objective: to deliver sales results and ensure that the number of institutions using LiveKid grows steadily.ResponsibilitiesSales funnel management: independently track sales opportunities and keep them up to date.Develop a thorough understanding of our market and become a strategic partner for discussions, analysis, and implementation of new sales ideas.Own your sales targets and adopt a go-getter mentality.Coaching, mentoring, and direct 1:1 work with the team, providing discipline and a strong work ethic.Listen to calls, analyze funnels, and actively participate in sales presentations (more than 50% of your time).Use data analysis to drive decisions; numbers guide all our actions.Flexibility and a can-do attitude – support new projects and initiatives.Balance execution and management, being strict with discipline while knowing when to lead or execute directly.Lead additional projects and initiatives that arise from rapid growth.Key Performance IndicatorsSDR team: presentations made, presentations scheduled, time spent on calls.AE team: new sales MRR, conversion of meetings to won opportunities, number of presentations made.Entire Sales department: new sales MRR.QualificationsExtensive experience in online sales (phone, video conferencing, email).Several years of experience managing sales teams.Strong focus on achieving goals and delivering results – goals are more than numbers on paper.Direct and honest personality; less talk, more concrete results.Conversational English to coordinate with our HQ in Poland.Our ValuesOwnership: everyone takes responsibility for their actions and decisions.Growth mindset: always learning and developing skills.Get it done: set ambitious goals and achieve them with discipline and no excuses.Transparency: honest and direct in all relationships.Teamwork & Communication: play towards a common goal with measurable results.Benefits & CompensationChoose your preferred form of collaboration: B2B/contract or employment contract.Competitive base salary (discussed during the process) and an attractive performance-based commission/bonus system with no upper limit.Join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups and enjoy numerous integration events, a great community, team trips, unlimited coffee and snacks, and office space in downtown Mexico City.Recruitment ProcessInitial screening call – short phone conversation (30 min).First interview – 1-hour online conversation with María, CRO LiveKid.Work sample – practical exercises related to sales management and performance analysis.Final in-person interview – at our office in Mexico City.Final validation – conversation with Jakub, CEO (online or in person).How to ApplyReady for the challenge?Apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
