One customer, one family, one community at a time.ABOUT THIS ROLERia is looking for a Customer Service Representation for our Agent Fraud Department at our office in Mexico. This position will play a key role in supporting the department’s secured program to mitigate fraud. As Agent Fraud Prevention Analyst, you will report directly to the Manager Agent Fraud and primarily be responsible for supporting our agents in preventing unauthorized transactions by them. The ideal candidate will be compromised to follow instructions and be very professional.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESReceive incoming calls and make outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service.Accurately verify legitime transactions with our agents over the phone.Be alert during the development of your work every time.Answer agents inquiries and questions professionally by phone.Identify problems, unresolved issues and risks using Ria’s fraud prevention protocol.Promptly escalate any high risks to management for resolution.Process transactions that have met Ria policies, state laws and regulations.Keep up-to-date with Ria’s training, policies, processes and protocols.Perform other duties as assigned or requested.POSITION REQUIREMENTSExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English and SpanishExperience in customer service in a call center environmentPossess experience dealing with difficult customers and remaining professionalThe key characteristics this individual must possess are excellent phone etiquette, problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work well with others, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be flexible to work European timePERKS & BENEFITS1 month of Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus)Life insuranceWork-life BalanceActual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
