Descripción de la empresaDoctoralia es la plataforma líder que conecta Especialistas de Salud con Pacientes a través de nuestra página web y aplicaciones.Somos una empresa de SaaS que brinda soluciones para digitalizar el sector salud.Hemos crecido a triple dígito durante los últimos 3 años y queremos crecer aún más para hacer la experiência de la salud mas humana.Descripción del empleoThe analyst will be responsible on generating new data base sheets and update the existing, as well as develop new metric based analysis with Queries in order to create new data driven Dashboards for business decisions.- New dashboard developments- Generate new Worflows for operations- Daily follow up of operation KPI's- Reporting: Real time and historical reports containing performance data to support operations management- Elaboration of Capacity Plan for Customer Success & Sales Operation- Responsible for reporting data management activities around employee scheduling and forecastsImprove processes and increase efficiency of operations by recommending necessary changes- Responsible for reporting data management activities around employee scheduling and forecasts**Requisitos**:- Recién egresados o con 1 o 2 años de experiência en manejo de bases de Datos con Excel / Sheets (macros incluidas)- Experiência en Migración, limpieza, formato y automatización de bases de datos.- Nível fluido de Inglés Avanzado (Posición Global que se comunica con otros países)- Experiência demostrable en el uso y conocimiento de varios formatos de Base de Datos (SQL)- Experiência con plataformas de BI: Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.- Necesario Manejo de CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)- Experiência en el trato con el cliente.Buscamos un excelente comunicador/a - verbal y escrito.- Proactivo y con mucha autogestión.- WorkForce Management- Seguimiento y atención al cliente interno.(Diferentes áreas necesitaran de tu apoyo)Información adicional- Ofrecemos 15k Netos, en esquema 100% Nomina- Prestaciones de Ley + Superiores- 22 días de vacaciones- Día de cumpleaños compensatorio- Gympass y Descuentos con Ticketmaster- Vales de despensa- Seguro de gastos médicos y seguro de vida- Plan de opciones de la compañía- Clases de ingles con costo preferencial- Crecimiento y desarrollo profesional
