We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team and turn data into insights that drive growth.In this role, you’ll analyze marketing performance, uncover trends, and provide recommendations that shape our strategies. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and support go-to-market initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze marketing data to track performance and identify opportunities.Measure and optimize campaigns across digital channels.Create dashboards and reports to share insights with the team.Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analysis role.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus).Excellent communication and presentation skills.BenefitsLanguage Classes: Access to language classes (English, Portuguese, Spanish) to enhance communication skills.OpenAI Premium License: Complimentary access to an OpenAI premium license for personal or professional use.Paid Time Off: 25 days/year of paid vacations and holidays to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.Soft Hybrid Work: We meet 3 days/month in our Co-Work offices; the rest of the time you can work remotely from wherever you like. #J-18808-Ljbffr
