As a Jr Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the company's most important business lines and be part of the team responsible for deploying, improving, and maintaining profitability of this portfolio.You will report to Subdirector of Marketing and it is based in CDMX #LI-Remote.**Key Responsibilities**- Leads the development projects by identifying the market needs of customers to launch innovative products.- Coordinate interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product and within budget by analyzing and integrating external customer specifications.- Effectively suggest and supports product directions and specifications as well as the design and implementation of moderate changes to existing products.- Handling efficiently the portfolio and crafting efficiency indicators in technological innovation and new product launches.- Coordinate the train sales staff, concessionaires, and end customers on the characteristics of our products and services.- Gather requirements, define deployment strategy and development roadmap, and perform product demos to customers/team members- Lead sprint planning, schedule and track project releases, act as a trainer and facilitator when required- Create and ensure access to training materials for the partners- Manage the presentation and follow-up of projects with directors for the approval of developments and technical and commercial negotiations.**Qualifications**- Bachelor ´s Degree in Chemical engineering or related- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (excel and ppt at intermediate level)- +4 years of experience in Marketing related areasBenefits such salary, medical and life insurance will be discuss in the process**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
