About the Role:A leading company is seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Lead to drive online growth and manage strategic campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will oversee budget allocation, agency coordination, and key account management to ensure strong performance in marketplaces and retail partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize Ecommerce campaigns across digital channels.Manage and control marketing budgets to maximize ROI.Oversee and guide Key Account Managers (KAMs) to achieve sales targets.Coordinate with external agencies and marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon).Track and analyze KPIs to ensure objectives are met.Collaborate with marketing teams for integrated strategies.Lead a team of 2 direct reports.Manage Ecommerce relationships with key clients (Walmart,HEB, Liverpool).Requirements:At least 5 yesrs of experience in Ecommerce campaign management.Strong skills in budget management and performance optimization.Experience in sales and KAM supervision.Knowledge of marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon).Advanced English (mandatory).Leadership skills and experience managing teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaigns.Familiarity with retailindustry.
