Our International Manufacturing Client is actively seeking a highly skilled engineering professional to join their team in the role of Costs. Specifically with a focus on cost accounting. Calculation of monthly GP per customer: (normal production, MVR, consignment, spot-buys) Client analysis with low GP. Cost simulation and cost scenario. PPV analysis by customer. Freight in analysis by customer. Analysis of freight out by customer. Allowance analysis by customer. WL & scrap performance analysis by part number. Analysis of labor and overhead per unit in production orders. Review of quotes. Key Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Manufacturing, Industrial, or other related. 5 years in Cost Accounting. Verifiable Manufacturing/Automotive Industry. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Client analysis with low GP. Cost simulation and cost scenario. PPV analysis by customer. Freight in analysis by customer. Analysis of freight out by customer. Allowance analysis by customer. WL & scrap performance analysis by part number. Analysis of labor and overhead per unit in production orders. Review of quotes. Preparation of quotations. Flat Price Audit Route audits, man time, and machine time. Search for new suppliers for direct material. Validation of savings compared to PPV. Competences: Excel SAP 8D'S APQP MSA SPC FEMA Company Requirements: IATF 16949 Fulfill the competencies determined for their position in relation to IATF. Meet the competencies determined for their position in relation to ISO 1400. Identify situations that may affect the environment and act when applicable. Fulfill the competencies determined for their position in relation to CEL, CTPAT, OAS. SAFETY Use daily safety equipment. Comply with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
