Job Title: Senior People Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and adaptable individual to oversee employee lifecycle management, compliance, and office operations in Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management: Handle end‑to‑end onboarding / offboarding for local employees, manage attendance tracking, travel claims, and payroll‑related reporting.Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with hiring managers to source candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate local recruitment processes.Office Operations & Administration: Oversee workplace logistics, including office leasing, IT asset / equipment distribution, meeting coordination, and business guest reception.Immigration & Legal Compliance: Liaise with immigration authorities to process work visas / passes for expatriates, ensuring adherence to Mexico regulations.Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.Requirements3+ years in HR / administration roles in Mexico, preferably with multinational or Chinese‑funded companies.In‑depth knowledge of Mexico labor laws, social security, and immigration procedures.Professional fluency in Spanish or Chinese.Strong sense of accountability, exceptional organizational skills, and problem‑solving agility.Adaptability to multicultural environments and willingness to work non‑rigid hours when needed; familiarity with expatriate visa processing is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
