Our client is a leading tech and digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry.As part of their continuous growth we are now seeking a Country Manager for the Mexico market.We are looking for a proactive Country Manager to develop the market and deliver profitability of the company's brands.As a Country Manager, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and thinking skills.You will be responsible for driving business growth, supervising operations, and establishing our brands as leading players in the market.Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challengesRecruit, train the different teams to ensure they are well-equipped to adapt to local market nuances and contribute to our global successMonitor and optimize our websites, focusing on user experience excellence and ensuring they are always up-to-date and running smoothlyDrive continuous improvement of key business KPIs through data-driven decision-making and strategic initiativesMaintain regular communication with head office, including weekly sync-ups and comprehensive reporting on market developments and performance metricsEstablished relationships with local regulatory bodies and comprehensive knowledge of Entertainment industry laws and regulations in the regionMinimum 4 years of extensive experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry with a deep understanding of the local market dynamicsStrong familiarity with the country/region's culture, business practices, and economic landscape, coupled with a commitment to continuous learningBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferredNative in Spanish language and proficient in English
