Major Accountabilities ~ Bereitstellung analytischer Unterstützung für Manager im Zusammenhang mit FSC Aktivitäten, Entscheidungen und allgemeinen Projekten.~ Unterstützung ranhöherer Kollegen bei der Analysen zur Unterstützung von Finanz-, Berichts- und Rechnungslegungsprozessen.~ Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf der Genauigkeit, Einhaltung und Aktualität der bereitgestellten Daten (d.h.: Berichte über Gewinn- und Verlustaktivitäten).~ Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten über relevante Fakten und Zahlen für die interne und externe Berichterstattung, zeitnah und genau.~ Unterstützung bei der Erstellung schriftlicher Projektvorschläge, Analyseberichte und Präsentationen.~ Beitrag zur Aufrechterhaltung genauer und rechtzeitiger Informationen über das Anlagevermögen im Anlagevermögensverzeichnis und bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Hauptbuch.~ Unterstützung bei der Finanzierung auf Länder- oder Geschäftsfeldebene.~ Meldung von technischen Beschwerden / unerwünschten Ereignissen / Sonderfallszenarien im Zusammenhang mit Novartis-Produkten innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Erhalt ~ Verteilung von Vermarktungsmustern (falls zutreffend) Key Performance Indicators ~ Interne Kundenzufriedenheit mit der Qualität, Angemessenheit und Pünktlichkeit der bereitgestellten Finanzanalysen ~ Kundenzufriedenheit bei der Erbringung von Dienstleistungen und prozessspezifische KPIs gemäß vereinbarten SLAs Work Experience ~Operations Management und Ausführung Skills ~Kritisches Denken ~Schnelle Problemlösung ~Den Wandel annehmen ~Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung ~Normalisierung der Datenbereinigung ~Finanzbuchhaltung ~Finanz- und Managementberichterstattung ~Resilienz ~Compliance und Kontrollen ~Steuer Language Englischnullnull
