Engineer, Network Operations Center Join Danfoss as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer and be a crucial part of our global IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our worldwide network. You will leverage your deep expertise in Aruba networking technologies to monitor, manage, and enhance our network, ensuring seamless connectivity and a superior user experience for all Danfoss employees. შეტურჼWhat You’ll Be Doing Network Monitoring: Monitor global network performance and availability, proactively identifying issues and taking ownership to resolve them before impacting business operations. Incident Response: Act as a key responder for network incidents, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and timely resolution to minimize downtime. Network Maintenance: Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Perform routine maintenance such as firmware updates, configuration changes, and hardwareelines. Documentation Management: Maintain and update network documentation and design references. Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze network performance reports to identify trends, support capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain network security policies aligned with the Zero Trust model, using tools such as ClearPass to ensure secure access. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless network integration across systems. Continuous Development: Stay up to date with emerging networking technologies and industry trends. What We’re Looking For Experience in network operations or engineering, with the ability to support enterprise‑scale network environments. Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, and wireless networking, with hands‑on experience in Aruba networking technologies: Aruba Central, Aruba Access Points (APs), Aruba Switches, Aruba Gateways/Controllers, ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), and Aruba User Experience Insight (UXI). Experience working with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance reporting tools. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment, with a strong sense of ownership, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
