Job Description Manages and supervises the Quality Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Operations Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Operations Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Prepares, Plans, Allocates, Monitors the achievement of budget / costs Decides to stop production to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes / products Ensures the compliance of the systems with customer regulations, IATF , ISO & ISO and all local regulations Qualifications and Experience 5 to 10 years of experience Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Advanced English proficiency Knowledge of quality processes, quality systems, and their application to production processes Experience in internal and external audits Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in quality and continuous improvement People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
