Job Title: Manager of Union Affairs and Expatriate Management.We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Manager of Union Affairs and Expatriate Management.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining effective labor relations between the organization and unions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a harmonious work environment, and facilitating effective communication and negotiation between the parties.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with union representatives and internal stakeholders.You will also have a deep understanding of labor legislation, collective bargaining, and conflict management, as well as experience in visa and work permit applications before relevant authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain effective and ongoing communication with union representatives to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and negotiate collective agreements.Participate in the drafting, review, and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, seeking a balance between the interests of the company and the workers.Ensure full compliance with labor legislation, and union agreements and conventions.Provide guidance to leaders on union and labor matters.Coordinate training on labor relations and conflict management.Prepare and maintain updated documentation related to negotiations, agreements, and meeting minutes with unions.Generate periodic reports for Management.Represent the company before labor authorities and participate in inspections or legal proceedings related to union matters.Maintain accurate personnel and employment records for foreign employees, monitor expiration dates, ensure timely renewals, and advise staff on immigration requirements and procedures.Ensure compliance with internal and legal procedures for termination of employment.Correctly calculate severance payments according to the law.RequirementsBachelor's degree in law, with degree and professional license.Minimum 3 years in similar positions managing union relations.Labor legislation, collective bargaining, labor conflict management and resolution.Collect and review required documentation for hiring foreign personnel.Experience in visa and work permit applications before relevant authorities.At least 2 years managing immigration processes and documentation for foreign personnel.Intermediate English Level.#J-*****-Ljbffr
