LM361: Sourcing

LM361: Sourcing & Procurement Specialist Supports the development of sourcing plans and projects to improve cost and manage the supply chain. Manages a multi‑million U.S. dollar budget, develops sourcing strategy for managed categories, and ensures segregation of duties per policy. Handles category management, competitive bidding, negotiation, supplier qualification and selection, industry analysis, contracts administration, cost‑to‑serve improvement, and supply‑chain innovation across the LAC organization. Provides strategic updates and recommendations to upper management, maintains supplier and internal customer relationships, and ensures strict compliance with corporate policies. Performs other duties as required. Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing plans and projects for the business. Conduct category management, competitive bidding, negotiation, supplier qualification, selection, industry analysis, and contracts administration. Improve cost‑to‑serve and supply‑chain innovation initiatives. Provide strategic updates and recommendations to upper management. Maintain supplier and internal customer relationships. Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies. Qualifications Four (4) years of relevant experience. Analytical, vendor management, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
