Operations Analyst – Mexico City, MéxicoNTT DATA seeks an Operations Analyst to support our Go-to-Market and operations teams by driving operational excellence through managing sales processes, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless execution of account strategies.This role directly impacts sales initiatives and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesMaintain pipeline forecasts and provide end-to-end support for multiple complex deals from qualification through close.Lead BU pipeline meetings and facilitate forecasting.Create dashboards and performance reports to develop actionable insights that guide sales and GTM strategies.Understand and facilitate deal governance, review, and sales reporting.Facilitate project execution and provide insights into the financial performance of accounts and projects.Coordinate operations deliverables across multiple stakeholders.Define and document operational processes to enhance efficiency and alignment.Communicate effectively with sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of scope and outcomes.Report on economic and financial performance, comparing point-of-sale and delivered economic models.Manage WBS codes and assist with resource management.Assist with invoice accuracy.Support building and communicating account plans for growth.Create and build account plans with the GTM team.Support GTM initiatives, including account prioritization and transitions.Work cross-functionally with Finance and Delivery leads to align GTM strategy and execution.Research industries and clients to support GTM initiatives.QualificationsMinimum 3+ years supporting complex, cross-domain solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.Develop and manage performance dashboards, forecast, and pipeline analytics; refine sales operation processes and analyze sales data to identify trends.Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Expertise in Salesforce with a Sales Operations background.Analytical mindset with the ability to ingest datasets and provide actionable recommendations.Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, GTM strategies, strong presentation skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.We are committed to accelerating client success and positively impacting society through responsible innovation.As a global top employer, we have experts in more than 50 countries and offer access to a robust ecosystem of innovation centers.NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.For our EEO Policy Statement, please click here.For more information on your EEO rights under the law, please click here.For Pay Transparency information, please click here.#J-*****-Ljbffr
