**QA Engineer 3****Required Qualifications, Skills and Attributes**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline- 3yrs experience in PCBA and Electronic Systems Manufacturing Quality role- 3yrs experience of using QMS and Quality Best Practices- 3yrs experience in Root-Cause Analysis and Problem Solving, including working with- Product Development Teams, Manufacturing, Customers and Suppliers- 3yrs experience in developing and documenting Quality Process, FMEA and Control Plans- 1yr experience using Agile/Oracle Product Lifecycle Management- Proficient in RMA processes and lifecycle- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Proficient in Spanish and English Language- Must have a valid passport and able to travel internationally**Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Attributes**:- Green belt six sigma- ISO**** Quality Management certification- Working knowledge of Electronic Circuits and Electronics Manufacturing Testing- Certified internal quality auditor**Essential Functions**- Manage VES's participation in the Sanmina QMS.Develop VES processes and documentation as needed within the QMS.- Participate in VES management a bi-weekly quality reporting.- Drive factory actions and process improvements to achieve FPY and Quality targets- Participate in the review of design, manufacturing process instructions and procedures, factory tests, and supplier information to ensure that VES quality requirements are fulfilled.- Work with NPI team on DFx reviews, FAI and establishing quality monitoring systems.As part of NPI create FMEAs and review manufacturing CPs, assembly processes and work instructions.- Establish regularly occurring quality reviews with VES factories and suppliers, which include reviews of process capabilities and process & test yields against targets, and driving root- cause and corrective actions.Corrective actions may include both upstream and downstream required activities.- Review manufacturing and RMA quality trends to identify, develop and implement defect- reduction programs.
