About LGMG, located in Marin, Nuevo LeonLGMG is a privately-owned subsidiary of the Lingong Machinery Group.Lingong Machinery Group was founded in **** and is one of the leading construction machinery groups, officially designated as one of the top 100 enterprises in the industry in China.LGMG has become one of the TOP 5 China MEWPs Manufacturers, TOP 10 World's Largest Access Equipment Manufacturers and TOP100 Global Construction Machinery Manufacturers.The top 10 world's largest access equipment manufactures in ****.In ****, LGMG opened its first European office, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.From **** to ****, LGMG established American companies and Japanese companies.We offer a full range of scissor lifts and rough terrain scissor lifts along with articulated and telescopic boom lifts.Our products have been exported to more than 50 countries.Responsibilities.- Supervise operations in the painting department (liquid, powder, and electrostatic): from surface preparation, application, drying/curing, to final inspection.- Plan, organize, and follow up on the production schedule for the painting line: shift scheduling, personnel assignment, time control, ensuring delivery compliance.- Manage and develop the painting personnel: selection, training, performance evaluation, team motivation, task assignment and monitoring of compliance.- Ensure painting processes comply with technical specifications, quality standards and required finishes (thickness, uniformity, adhesion, appearance).- Coordinate material acquisition, inventory control and maintenance of application equipment (spray systems, powder coating, electrostatic equipment), ovens, booths, and other painting infrastructure.- Conduct inspections and process audits, record results, identify deviations, propose corrective actions and continuous improvements.- Oversee compliance with industrial safety, environmental, chemical handling, ventilation, paint waste and coating process hazard regulations.- Generate production, quality and efficiency reports for the painting area for management, including root-cause analysis of finish failures and suggestions for process improvements.Requirements.- 3 years' experience or more as liquid paint, powder coating and/or electrostatic painting processes in an industrial environment.- Knowledges and skills:- Proven ability in personnel management: leading teams, task assignment, motivation, performance evaluation, running production/supervision meetings.- Technical knowledge of surface preparation, liquid and powder coating application, curing/oven processes, painting quality standards and finishes.- Ability to plan, coordinate and follow up on production plans, control times and resources, and meet delivery commitments.Problem-solving skills: making rapid decisions in case of deviations, analyzing root causes of painting defects, implementing process improvements.- Good communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with production, quality, maintenance, suppliers and team.- Orientation to continuous improvement, with knowledge of methodologies such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing or equivalent (desirable).- Knowledge of safety, occupational health and environmental regulations in industrial coating processes.- Experience with production, quality and maintenance reporting systems (for example: Excel, SAP or equivalent) is an advantage.3.Language: English Advanced4.Other Competences:- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to adjust to changing production demands and schedules.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Superior benefitsSchedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:06 p.m.Interested and fulfill the requirements, please applyThe recruiter will be contacting you and share more information about Salary and benefits.
