Professional Services Ops Specialist, Sr

The PS Operations Specialist, Sr provides support of our Professional Services management and delivery teams from quote to revenue recognition and acts as a backup to other team members. Works to improve processes and policies to drive revenue and margins for PS. What You Will Be Doing Assist with leading smaller projects and supporting team members in their tasks. Compile data and assist with analytics to inform business decisions. Contribute to the gathering of business requirements for system design, improvement, and configuration. Aid in the development of policies, processes, and programs that drive Professional Services growth strategies. Work closely with the Resource Manager to handle requests, resourcing, scheduling, and follow-up as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Pricing, Marketing, Consulting Operations, IT, and Development, to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows, leading to exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. Engage in the enhancements process, ensuring accurate documentation, development and approvals for Professional Services-related data. Take responsibility for training and executing additional tasks, activities, and processes managed by Professional Services as they arise. What You Will Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and processes. Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results. Professional, customer‑focused demeanor. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and active engagement. Collaborative team player with the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers. Experience with Salesforce and Advanced Excel skills are required.
