IImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:**Sourcing & Supplier Development Engineer**- **Qualification**:_- Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production/Industrial Engineering is must.- **Work Location**:_- Mexico or Remote (Flexible)- **Experience**:_- Require min. 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.- Experience in sourcing commodities like heavy weldments, sheet metal fabrication, casting, forging, plastic, and electricals.- Prior experience in the area of sourcing \ Supplier Development for Automobile/EV/Commercial Vehicle OEM is preferred- Should have the experience working in NPI \ Pilot projects sourcing, Supplier qualifications & alternative source Development.- Should support in making the right analysis and identifying the focused Sources- Should be able to analyze the quotations received from suppliers and conduct negotiations to meet cost targets- Should be dynamic having ability to overcome challenges during NPI as well alternative supplier development.- Good interpersonal skills and Ability to interface with all internal and external stakeholders- Having good overview on US/Mexico supplier Market with great network connects in industry is expected- Logical thinker with excellent communication skills- **Technical Skillset**:_- Should be able to interpret & read the drawings- Basic Understanding of manufacturing processes & inspection methods of various products.- Should have basic understanding on Supplier shortlisting, qualification & onboarding process and PPAP- FAI documentation- Handon experience in ERP (SAP-Oracle etc), MS Office (Excel and Presentations) require- **Personality Requirements**:_- Energetic, team player, willing to learn,- Excellent communication skills- Result oriented and capable of working independently.**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated).**Job type**: Hybrid.**Location**: Mexico or Remote (Flexible)**Salary**: $66,500 gross.**Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Ciudad de México, CDMX: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
