Key Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of supply chain planning and manufacturing execution models. Conduct Fit‑Gap analysis to align system capabilities with business requirements. Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including ASCP, DRP, GOP, IO, INV, CST, WIP, BOM, ENG, EAM. Configure and support SAP IBP modules including Demand, Inventory, Supply & Response, and Sales & Operations Planning. Train super/master users and provide post go‑live support. Provide technical documentation and executive summaries for operational reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Certifications in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, ASCP Expert, and SAP IBP for Supply Chain. Certification in APICS - CPIM and CSCP would be recommended 15+ years of experience in SCM and manufacturing consulting roles. Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 and SAP IBP environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (80% proficiency). Preferred Experience Industry exposure in architectural coatings, housing development, sensors, electrical motors, heavy machinery, newspaper manufacturing, and federal maintenance operations.
