We are seeking a skilled Data and Isights Analyst to join our team for future opportunities. This role focuses on analyzing digital conversations to derive insights, monitor brand-related discussions, and support content strategy optimization by collaborating with creative teams. Responsibilities Process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities. Monitor daily conversations related to the brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises. Generate daily and monthly reports on content performance, analyzed from the perspective of content strategy and social listening. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, formats, and duration based on insights and learning from the reports. Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital or content agency. Strong understanding of digital metrics and social platform analysis. Experience in monitoring digital and social crises. Proven ability to work effectively with creative and content teams. This is a DATABASE role, not for immediate hiring.
